Now introducing Elite X Fitness Strength & Conditioning monthly strength and conditioning program! This is for athletes aged 10U-14U and is held at Elite X Fitness indoor facility. This program is designed to help young athletes improve their physical fitness and enhance their athletic abilities. Through a series of high-intensity exercises and drills, participants will improve their strength, endurance, agility, and speed. Coach Ty Corbitt's expertise in strength and conditioning will help athletes reduce their risk of injury while improving their overall performance on the field!
